Ok, so here's how the game with enabled RU translation is saving platoons' names:

This wouldn't be much of an issue, because everything works fine within the same PC. BUT as soon as you'd decide to transfer your saves to another PC, then it seems like Windows is meesing something up, and all platoons are gone on that target PC, including player's.

I'll gladly help in any way i can, i'm just nor sure what to do in this particular situation o_O

Kudos goes to this guy, who discovered the issue and posted in the visual bugs:

I have a feeling that this is most probably binded with childish mistake of developers. Dear developers NEVER NEVER use non-latin characters and special symbols as file names if you develop something for Microsoft Windows. If you do it you will be constantly with problems. Microsoft cannot fix or cannot implement Unicode symbols in filenames since Windows 95. Look like you got this problem because of usage such symbols in "save platoon " folder.

Update: Seems like this is only causing issues when two operating systems are having diffirent language packs for non-unicode applications o_O
