Need help with dialogue translation using google translation tool

Hello, I'm currently trying to translate Kenshi to Korean using google translator toolkit. One problem I encountered is that trying to translate dialogue with google translator toolkit is quite a hassle. Changing the .pot to .po file wasn't a big deal, but trying to upload them to the google translator toolkit one by one takes too much time. I was wondering how the other language translators dealt with dialogue translation. Did one person do all the dialogue? Or did you split them up and gather them together after everyone finished translating? Or did you upload all of them on google translator toolkit one by one and then did it there?
