I was able to kite some dust bandits(two groups of them) into a caravan of traders and bodyguards. I focused my best guys on killing the traders then ran away, cause they had way too many bodyguards, and went back for the traders corpses later.

JESUS THAT TOOK FOR EVER!

Well i finished my Head Quarters and i probably ended up pumping like $50000 into making it...
That's ALOT of collecting swords from bandits.

Well i guess now i should just save up and get more members and build more buildings around my HQ.

I'll probably still have to wait if i want to launch raids against towns considering i'm out numbered 99999999 to 9 and I'm seriously under leveled.

oh well I am still having fun greatly enjoying this game!

What I did recently (since I was bored of my current world) was go out and start chopping up all the traders I could. I made a lot of enemies but kept their backpacks and stuck them on my guys. Once everyone was loaded up I imported the save and continued my game. got a chance to build up some of the stuff I lost/left behind in the old world. Also, everyone became neutral to me again.

I also managed to pick off a few city guards and get their stuff (gave it to my new guys so they all look EXACTLY like city guards XD), AND i leveled up my new members like crazy!

(I'm going to need to make allot more beds...)

Hopefully this will make it easier to launch raids against some cities.

This is a damn good thing you got in motion.
I have very little time to spend playing Kenshi so it's nice to see whats down the road.

With some refinement and with strong focus on what's currently available to the Kenshi gamer, I'm sure you could blog this and get the game a few more loving customers.

Whatever you do, I'll be sure to read it every now and then.

I suspect he mounted an attack he thought he could win but, due to not save scumming, his entire team was irreparably wiped out and he just couldn't bring himself to post the screenshots. Or at least that's what I'm choosing to believe...
