Ok, I am going to have to ask all of you to step back 15 feet. No flash photography and no beard grabbing.
If you are not on the list,then I cannot let you enter the building.

Chris is doing more than just a work that's awesome: he's making an indie revolution
We buy, and buy, and buy new games but nothing is new, it's all just the same! Corporations like EA (if you can call it that) don't have honour, they are hypocrate. They are like UEFA: they want to turn fun into ripping off money! Indie games are the main frontier against them: they develop, they innovate, they give us fun FOR REAL! Morons that say that what I say is stupid don't know what a game is anymore! Many indie games are awesome: "Nexus II: Gods Awaken", "Starship Corporation", "Centration" - especially centration! Some corporations may be more gamer-friendly, but indie games are the ultimate fight against EA. Sure EA might give SOME support, but it's just to keep the looks!
Chris is respected by me for 3 reasons:
1: making an indie game
2: basing the game on X-COM and dragon age: origins, with a slash of stronghold
3: being original, creative, hardworking but most of all - granting us great freedom and alot of options and making a great balance between macro and micro managing.
He is (not literally) RECREATING real life in a game that is set in an original scenario. He should get more people into his team, especially if the game is a sucess. Hell, he may make a sequel that I can barely imagine how it will be.
That's all.

Usually the casual gamer will take "shiny' graphics over game content. Indie games reduce game idea stagnation and are made by game enthusiasts. (Lets leave the shareholders and corporate policy out of these
)

Hey Chris,
My last post may seem very critical, but that's because I want your game to succeed. I want it to be a mind-blowing success.
It's rare to see a developer take on a task such as yours. Kenshi is original, innovative, and ambitious. You're going a fantastic job right now, keep up the good work.

All bow before the might of The Bearded One!
Now if only our characters could have facial hair, I really want to make a character called "The Bearded One".
