Just bought Kenshi

Just bought the game, I'm really excited to try this out, the idea behind the game is really promising. My only problem is really the no sound factor for the moment. I can't really play it with no sound, can't explain why, is the release of sound files something to be added soon?

I'm going to wait till then to actually start playing this game.

Rough, i dont mind listen to music, if you have antoher monitor watch anime , or tv haha. but i read somewhere like 3 months. maybe longer for the sound.

A good fix for the time is to download some other games soundtracks
I use the soundtracks from Deus EX human revolutions, you can download it free.
(id give a download link but it would be a chinese download and might not work)

Thanks for the reply, Is it even possible for somebody to make a mod where they add sound effects?

Don t think is really a good time to even be working a sound effect mood this time as they already working in the sound fo the game, unless they do a fast work, or they plan to do their own mod and use them for other reasons.
