Recruitment help

Hey, I am playing A shek with the legendary sword start, I have managed to recruit one skeleton from The Hub (the crazy guy who you just like his story and agree to search with him or something)

Obviously I cant get into the Holy Nation territory. I am set up in mongrel but cannot find anyone to recruit. there's a chance I can get one person however every dialogue option to get him to leave he just says no.

What ways are there I can recruit people? Preferably skeletons as I like the idea of having a team of ninja robots as my fighting team.

You should check the Hub and way station.
That is where you can normally find non human recruits.

Thanks I will make a run over there. Do they respawn or will I have to reset and import like before beta?

Can we also recruit captives? before if you broke someone out of jail there was a chance they would join you

Currently I'm not sure about recruiting people locked up.
But you do have to reimport to get them to reset.

you can also help fallen ppl sometimes they will join you
pro tip
1.find unconscious "holy empire outlaw" who is friendly (neutral) to you
2.put him in bed and wait
3.now he can start follow you (i really don't know what chance is for this)
4.wait some time
5.after some time he just should ask if he can join you

There's one other good town for finding non-human recruits. Mongrel is an independent faction city, and quite large. It has something like 3-4 bars. However, it's not the sort of place you want to travel to and from very often. The reason for this is that it lies within the heart of the fog zone.
