GOG.com still on 0.98.17

I see GOG.com is still on 0.98.17 while Steam has been on version 0.98.18 since Friday the 13th. Is this an oversight on GOG or Lo-Fi games side?

It looks like they are in sync again. Today Kenshi was updated to version 0.98.18 and 0.98.19 on GOG.com.
