I understand that map is probably 100% done and won't be changed at this point. I just want to comment on the map design , so it can be even better in your future projects. I don't "dislike" the map, I really like landscape for example.

There is one feeling that stuck with me in my Kenshi experience. I'm playing real life table top, or some kind of toy story game. Decorations size don't make sense from character perspective. In game you almost always have characters on the screen, and you judge the scale of everything from it size. When you see stuff that realistically would collapse under its own weight, it doesn't feel right.

Minor stuff.
Constant weather effects and general low visibility in certain places, swamp for example.
Some areas are overdone in my opinion, for example the creator and obedience. More doesn't necessarily means better. If you will remove surrounding cliffs in obedience and place just one hand in the center with the same lighting and fog. You still largely retain the mood and mysteriousness.

I also think you guys can benefit tremendously from environment story telling. Something that blend more with realistic landscape.
