Has anyone seen the skeleton recruit in The Hub since last update??

Has anyone seen the skeleton recruit in The Hub since they moved the bar from the snail house to a storm house? In all my previous starts he would show up either immediately at start or wander in within the first couple of days. But I have two games I'm playing now and he hasn't shown up in either. one is a new game and the other an import were I hadn't got around to recruiting him yet. For me, he's always been named Thoke, but I don't think he is a unique named recruit.

Thoke no longer exists sadly. He wasn't unique, but rather a consequence of random generation (seed doesn't change, which is why he always spawned). The possible spawns have long since changed, so he no longer generates there.
