Refrences table doesnt show up

I'm creating a custom game start and it's missing the references table, how can i fix it, asked in reddit but it ain't got any solutions

Gotten a couple reports on this already, but still currently not sure what the cause is. Some have gotten some success in making the FCS fullscreen, but it doesn't seem to always work.

Have you tried opting in to the experimental version of the game? I've heard it might be fixed there.
