Will there be early access? I know i was a bit of an asshole back in the day, and still am, but one of my favorite memories is reporting a bug, uploading a save file, and having it fixed the very next day.

There will be some sort of open beta period, to focus on fixing issues and gathering feedback. But it will be much shorter than Kenshi 1's, and only after the game is mostly complete already.

I just got Kenshi 1 yesterday, pretty pumped, got on here and see few and far between responses ( which obviously im late to the party ) but any update on a time frame for possible Beta release on part 2?

Nope, no official word on any such time frames. They don't want to make promises they can't keep, so they're just staying quiet until it's closer.

I'm guessing around 2 to 4 more years, plus or minus 2 years.
this is about as close of an estimate as we will get for the time being.

They are currently keeping most information under wraps like what most game studios do.
we most likely will start getting teases 6 months before they release. which is standard in the game industry.

Still coming, and they've even recently put out a job opening for a new publishing related position for it. So while it's still some time out, they're clearly looking towards release now.

Howdy Lo-Fi, your whole posse's been waiting through this long drought for Kenshi 2, and our faith in y'all ain't wavered one bit. Just one little ol' screenshot would be like the first drop of rain for us, and we reckon it'd be enough to start a prairie fire of hype that'll remind the whole world what's comin'.

they will most likely be posted on Steam First.
but should not expect those for several more years yet.
