I was just wondering, if anyone knows if when Kenshi is complete will our current saves/squads work on the completed version?

I see no reason for that not to happen. In any case, even if saves would not be loadable, importing should work, i believe. No drastical changes in engine are foreseeable (i hope!) and only things we'll get till 1.0 are full map and some cool mechanics like diplomacy. Not to say those are small things, but just that it should'nt mess up with saves compatibility

saves where incompatible from Alpha to beta, but all you had to do was import your squad to the new version so you where able to keep your squad from the Alpha and transition it to teh Beta.

But that was a drastic change and moving from the old map and to the new map.
will you need to import again? that is a defiant yes. after all it is recommend that you import after every update to teh game for stability of your game. so when Kenshi hits full release it will be no different then it is now. you will simply import your game into a new one.
