Best place to buy leather armor blue prints?

Just wondering where the best place to buy leather armor or chain mail blueprints is?

You can't get leather on the new map yet.
Chain you can get at the armor or clothing shops in HN cities.

You can get both leather and buy some blueprints. If you are hostile to HN and cant get to their towns try to see what you find in the fog.

i've been to every single town on the new map and not a single one has sold any blue prints besides for tin cans, heart protectors, and chain shirts

I think i bought leather turtleneck and other leather shirts BPs at HN towns, considering it leather for now. Heart protector could also be found at HN, along with chain wares BPs. Not sure about my trenchcoats, might've dragged them along from past versions

Did you try at the cloth armor merchant ?

They sell leather shirts, and chain shirts, but that is NOT merc leather armor.
Which is what I think he is looking for.
They don't sell that or the blueprints for it in mongrel or any other city in the current map. Also looking for drifters blueprints and can't find those.
I was lucky and one of my save games from the old map had a blue print for it. but you can only craft shoddy versions of it. There is something wrong with the research tree that is not allowing you to upgrade the quality of the armor you make like it used to.

You might be right but he said only leather armor blueprints. As for the drifter set I Think only blueprints for boots can be found and if I remember right at merchants who sell backpacks
