repairing ruins

I read where you can buy and repair ruins in the shek towns.
Does anyone know if that feature is going to be rolled out to the rest of the ruins in Kenshi?
There are several "ruins" that I would like to fix up and have as a stop over base while traveling.

Especially but not limited to, a beach front house on the leviathan coast, a reclaimed shek strong hold, and a spider infested center of learning.
