I just bought the game and was surprised with the low FPS rate, so I started to manipulate the graphic options and, when the shadows was disabled, the game worked perfectly, but even with the shadow quality and range set at "poor" the FPS is strongly affected.
My PC runs other games with no problems, like GTA V, Total War: Rome II, Tropico 5, Shadows of Mordor...
Is this a problem with a viable solution?

Kenshi is still in the process of being optimized and is still very much in development.
The FPS issue is well know and will continue to be until more optimization is doneEstus wrote:I just bought the game and was surprised with the low FPS rate, so I started to manipulate the graphic options and, when the shadows was disabled, the game worked perfectly, but even with the shadow quality and range set at "poor" the FPS is strongly affected.

But you can get better FPS by keeping NPC Squad sizes down and NPC populations. alos lowering terrain distance rendering and disabling shadows.
Do you believe the sexes should be equal?
