So IV decided to try and ally with the UC, and IV noticed they give you options to join them,but thus far IV not been successful even after paying them a fair chunk of money, they pretty much just robbed me and walked off, Is there a way to join them or is it just a bribe so they won't beat you to a bloody pulp? It'd be cool if I could join the army with them , and does HN have something similar? I'm a HN man through and through

The UC will have options to ally with them, but not through talking with just random basic soldiers. You'll have to head over to their main territory out east and discuss it with the more important people of the Empire.

HN already can be allied with. Just go kidnap someone who leads a faction they hate, and bring them to the Inquisitor. You'll earn your way into their good graces.

No I mean actually joining the faction, the way the conversation is layed out makes it sound like your trying to sell yourself to then, raising relations I understand but nothing major changes bar they fix you up if your hurt, I meant like getting the uniform and having your faction changed to thiers

Is there any info on the factors affecting relations?
Are bounties the only way to improve relations?
e,g, does freeing or healing other faction members have any effect?

in bars you can now find fixers, pay them a absurd amount of cats to fix relations with other factions. not all fixers fix all factions so you may have to travel around looking for the one you want.
