Lo-Fi Games

Hello everyone! I'm a recently active member here on the forum. Don't have too much to add as we are near release. However I have a history in graphic design and photography. I love taking screenshots in games and figured I would share some here with you all.

Over the course of this week I will add more and more. For now I just have a teaser image for you. I hope you all enjoy.

Nice motto and filter. I can't shake off the feeling of the whole picture just being a screenshot from a vertical video though...

Yet i've no experience in design or photography, so my opinion doesn't count

Here is the first dump. I'm trying to convey what it both feels and is like during gameplay. I use both a custom ReShade and one called Revenant. The Revenant ReShade is actually for Dark Souls 3 but works beautifully with Kenshi. All images are unedited except for cropping and resizing.

You know, one of the criticisms I always hear about Kenshi is that it's not exactly pretty, but these in-game shots are gorgeous. I've caught myself plenty of times admiring the cinematic views while playing.

People tend to give too much credit to textures resolution these days, completely oversighting the overall design, geometry, colours and everything else, practically. Never listen to them 8)

This thread is going to die down for a bit. Once the new update is released I'll be adding more for sure. I've just played so much I don't want to get burnt out before the new content is released.
