What Library?

Okay, I am at the " World's End". I was talking to lyo [machinists] the Diplomatic Status. lyo said that there is a library, but didn't say where it locate. I'm not sure if the dev. created the library. If they did can you tell me where it located at.

If it's about his library (or Finch's, since Iyo is his assistant), is just about the various books you can locate in containers around the faction building - the giant one in the very end of World's End, The University of Machinists it calls if I remember right.
