Bonedog inside?

I have made my base in the Hag, blue forest with metal trees around and herbivores that eat meat. At first i was able to get my dog in the only house I got but i have build a research lab inside now and the dog wont come in. Or at least I think that is the reason. Is there a way to override this and get my dog inside? (w/o building a second building)

once a animal reaches a certain size, it can no longer go indoors.

you can pick him up and carry him in, but you will also have to carry him out later.

Why do you want him in the house?

I'm asking, because i think you maybe dont have walls up yet.

If so, one advice: Get your walls up asap! It is the most important thing to get up in a new base.
