Kenshi merchandising

I will speak to chris on this one, But be forewarned.. money will be raised for the game.

At some point soon, I will be creating some sample T-shirts, posters, and other lucrative gifts for Chris, to aid him in the fund raising,

I will post pictures and if possible, meet chris somewhere in the UK, to show him the merchandise. Too which, the FIVE T-shirts created will be auctioned off either on forum, or somewhere else, i'm not entirely sure, but all money raised will be used for either more merchandising, Or just too go too the game. Either way, it's money too the game.

Since we have such a low scoring population for the moment, I do belive that the Merchandising will create free advertisement for the game

I will need idea's for the shirts, and what not.

FAQ's

Why not just give the money spent on the gear to chris for the game?

- Well simple, I may spend a lil'bit o'money on the merchandising, but say, if someone bid's higher than spent ON the gear, it's profit earned.. and no, I shall not say how much the shirts will cost me to create, as I have to go too another third party too create them

How do we know you will not run off with the cash?

- Simple, i'l just give the gear too Chris who'll host the auction, Or maybe just get the money sent directly to chris, But posting them too you, will cost you extra, ( or maybe took out of the original Bid ) if you live outside the UK.

Why bother doing this?

Usually, i'm not a major fan of indie games, but with kenshi, I honestly belive it is a one of a kind game, too which has a future, as a major game name, standing next too gothic, The elderscrolls, and possible even fallout ( not saying new vagas is better than skyrim here )

The shirts will be unnofficial, why bother?

The game has to come out sometime does it not? so why dont we start raising funds now, aswell as get the name out?

How do we know what the merch looks like?

Not entirely sure if I've mentioned it previusly, but photo's of the shirts will be posted, Modeled by my loverly girlfriend, or myself maybe the fact that breasts have been inside the shirts will get more bid's? But as for posters, and other goods, there will be pictures taken too Soo

You could start off with the changing cover on the forum, there were some images that would look nice on a t-shirt. Best thing to do is to look into the bee vs bees war.

I know I shouldn't be hard on grammar and I am not trying to make a big deal out of this but your regular usage of the word "too" in there instead of "to" is making my eye twitch.

Stressed? My biggest stress is the lack of sensitivity of my shift key. Other than that I am nice and mellow. Except when people use incorrect grammar. Then I must FIX the internet.

This is nice, i mean why not? going into a shop with the shirt and some guys comes and ask ¨ Derp derp, hey dude what is that game ? looks cools.¨, that means more people in the forums, wich means more people buying the game wich means that chris will get some of DAT MONEEH for the dev of the game

I'l be having ONE slightly unnofficial one made tommorow ( 7th ) A shirt that is. Just too show y'all all what too expect if chris dicides to take me up on my offer for merchendising... ( Aye I know, I'm a major sell out, but isnt that the perpose for all Indie games? ) I may see if I can get permission to sell it, All procedes go to Chris, ( or more merche if he dicides it =3 )

I like a modified #1. I don't like the "First real game" line. A plain Kenshi on the front with the color pic on the back suffices for me.

Ok, you know that "too" can basically be replaced with the word "also" in a sentence.

"Just 'also' show y'all all what also expect"

Now that doesn't make sense does it? So possibly the "too" is wrong. "to" is probably the better choice there.

"Just to show y'all what to expect" sounds much better and reads better.

Haha I love it, Today I'm cashing in a check for working the NEC when it clears i'l be investing in one of the keyboards designed to help with stress. after that my grammer and what not will be inproved vastly.
