Hey, so I've been caught stealing in the shop by the vendor and he seems to refuse to trade with me. But, I've been waiting/wandering around for days, even for over 30-50 days, and yet the vendor I stole from still won't shop with me.

How long until the vendor will shop with me again after I stolen from them?

I don't recall a time limit. Part of the price you pay for crime.
