well I am in LOVE with Kenshi so far so I wana make a sort of "update" thread where I every so often post a screen and some info about what's going on in my world.

well I got into a nasty battle with some bandits and they did a number on my team.
almost killing 2 of them...
BUT we are still A-OK and just waiting for everyone to recover.

Guess I should probably mention their names if you can read them in the pictures

Sneezy (The leader)
Soto (second in command)
Komo Sashi
Medic
Benje
Bato

Well lets hope we can find more members so that those silly bandits wont screw us over like that again.

Well its a new day and my team is ready to move out

Well we went to traders edge and it turn out the whole town was over run by bandits...
thankfully we had enough firepower to take em out and continue on. (the town was literately infested with them...)

Got a new member named Jin Lee

we are going strong and are heading down to the southern cities.

What santaissick said. but also, more importantly for me, is there a way for you to shrink those images down a bit? I have a 1920 x whatever screen resulution but it is still shooting off to the right edge. Annoying to scroll around trying to find what you are talking about.

Otherwise, keep it going. I've been reading a few times since you started posting.

Well after some more hard fought battles we managed to pick up another member (at 5500 cats WTF!).

one day, This clan will become an army... right now we are just a bunch of hobos running around killing bandits and picking up new members

so I guess I'm expanding at a good rate, we are at 9 members now and when I get to 10 I guess ill start investing in making a base.

Save the picture to your computer. If you are using windows 7 right-click it and click 'edit'. Or, just open it in pain manually.

Then up the top left you can 'resize' it. Either take it down to a smaller size to fit in the forum or you can select a bunch of the important stuff in the image and 'crop' out the unimportant stuff like the edges. Otherwise your posts are just these huge images and I can only see the top left bit of sky normally.

*Ok I have decided to go with a "daily update" kinda thing.*

Well I got in WAY over my head and attacked a trader... (why on earth did I do it!)
It did'n't go well, my team barely survived and just to makes things worse, south port has no beds.... (fml)


I guess without the salvation of south port we must trek on in hopes of a safe place.

Also, why don't you build a small base and some beds. Then you have a staging base to launch raids into neighbouring towns and somewhere to rest up and store any loot.

Good idea... never really thought of doing that, mainly because I don't really know how to build one but I guess I could give it a shot. How much would it end up costing just for a small base with beds and storage?

No idea on cost. maybe 10-20 thousand if you buy the materials. Alternatively you could steal/kill the right kind of traders. They have a whole backpack full.

(Question: how do you manage to kill traders without agroing the entire town? lol)
