Any plans for a development team?

Just curious. I know some folks hate the idea of anyone else ever touching the game's innards, but I was wondering if Chris had any plans to head up a development team in the future, other than the artist he now has. Seems like he might need to if he wants to get such an ambitious game out into the world in less than 20 years.

He has said he will hire additional coders and specialists as required (like the artist) provided he has the funds and the work available for them at any given time. From what I recall he has said this is going to be almost exclusively freelance work as and when required. Although I think he said the coder might be fulltime if the workload really stepped up and he had the funds to pay for one.

And I don't think he was after any volunteers under any circumstances.

Oh, and also some guy on this forums named Vurt did some graphical work in game too. He is around with a blue name the same as mine.

Vurt is actually famous in the modding circle for his vegetation work. You might have already used some of his mods. "Vurt's Flora Overhaul" for Skyrim is a pretty popular one.

If you want to volunteer, prepare a portfolio and send it to him.

Just wanted to add that Vurt is the same Vurt that has made good stuff with Skyrim and Gothic and others. The youtube Vurt ;)

[EDIT]

Damn Scotterius. You managed to post just before me

Nah, I was just wondering. I don't think I'd have any useful skills for him, unless he wanted a writer. But then, EVERYONE claims to be a writer, don't they? I'd just like to see this thing pick up a little momentum is all.

The thing has picked up loads of momentum lately. You should have been around in the earlier days. We could go more than a month or 2 with no news. =)
