Somehow, I quite doubt that. See, Lofigames handles its payments through BMT Micro
Which provides numerous ways to process your payment. First of all, you can pay with Credit Card, now, I can understand if you do not have a credit card (I, too, only got one last month). But you can also pay with Maestro debit cards (the ones you almost always use for non-cash payments in Europe, if you have a bank account you probably have one of these), PayPal and Google/Amazon Checkout. Then there are options for directly transferring the funds from your bank account to theirs, or even handling the transfer via Mail/FAX (I suppose this works with checks?).
The only way non of these methods are viable to you that I can imagine*, would be if you are a minor, and your parents do not allow you to have a credit/debit card of your own. If this is the case, then ask your parents to buy the game (and then pay them back once the purchase is confirmed, it's how I used to do payments).
If none of this helped, could you please elaborate on why you are unable to purchase this game?
*not entirely true, you could be an alien studying the human race, and you don't want to make your presence known by messing with the local economy.

Damn, if you have money then mail it to me and I'll buy the game for you. But I'll let you know I charge a 500% bonus fee on top of that so it will cost you about $60. You might be better off just not being so cheap and grabbing it for $10 now.
