If horses/camels are going to be implemented, I'd like to see:
-Being able to have two people ride a horse
-Maybe some riding skill.
-Being able to put wounded people on horses but the horse only being able to go a certain speed unless a skilled rider is driving.
-Putting packs on horses would be really nice, Like one of those giant trader packs. Horses get an inventory interacted with right mouse button and loot!
-Horses can be wounded! duh. But to counter this they should be healed, or put stables in some towns so they can rest and eat. Or just make your own stable.
-Maybe be able to fight from horses, but that sounds like it would change the whole game and a lot of work... if so make horses very rare at least. I like how the game is now without having some odd dozens of horses running everywhere... like in M&B. No thanks.
I would love to see in interactive map too sometime in the future, and be able to click on spots on the map so my people can just travel there if they got horses or something.
I'd like to have an option to have camera lock OFF! I want to see where i'm going if i'm scaling mountains or just to enjoy the map. Or at least make it the area bigger from where I can scroll.
Being able to hire people without controlling them and NOT having them be on your team bar, they should be automatically be set to bodyguard to whom ever hired them, they should get weekly pay. You can hire to a maximum amount of uncontrollable people at a static number or maybe depending on a skill.
Right click to tell then to hold position, buy better equipment depending on their skills and maybe some other options as well. (Buy better equip: going to a shop and buying a katana that's currently better then the one they have at that moment(and sell the other they had) and they have a higher katana skill, so they wouldn't buy something random and useless for themselves.)
This way I can still play the game solo, and have a small army to follow me for big encounters. Not worrying about controlling a bunch of people and fiddling with their skills and inventory just to have bodyguards. Still I'd have my own personal guard that I can control as well
Having a portable bed, maybe tents, and able to create a camp fire for long journeys. It would heal faster then standing but less then being in an actual bed, depending on the medic skill to ever who healed them of course. Somebody with 10 medic skill should heal way faster (in the yellow bar, not red!) then someone who had no medic skill.
