What can I do about performance?

My specs:
  • OS: Windows 7
  • CPU: AMD Phenom II 64-bit dual-core 2.6GHz
  • iGPU: Radeon HD 4200 series
  • Ram: 8GB
My settings:
  • FSAA: Off
  • Fullscreen: Yes
  • Multi device memory hint: Use minimum system memory
  • Video mode: 1024 x 768 @ 32-bit color
I can run games like Skyrim, or Ghost Recon:Future Soldier at a decent speed. Why not this? I get 10 FPS, which is generally a hardly playable speed. Any suggestions to which I can improve game-play performance?

Is there nothing I can do to improve performance for this game? :/

Do you have shadows disabled? turn them off.

What is the texture set to?

Grass density? View distance? distant terrain texturing?

Here's some performance tips:
1. Run in full screen mode. Windowed requires more resources.
ii. Turn shadow resolution down or off
C. Turn vsync on. This will help prevent your system from trying to calculate too many frames.
• reduce your draw distance as needed.

This should help boost performance.

Yes, shadows are off.

Texture is set to the highest but, it doesn't affect my FPS. I tested Highest and Fugly, with no difference in performance.

Grass density is 0.

View distance is 500, setting it to the highest doesn't affect performance either.

Which options is distant terrain texturing?

I see what you did there. :P

But sadly, all those are done but performance is still as not as good as I'd hope it to be. :(
