Lo-Fi Games

So these Plastic surgeons who will re activate the character editor (can't wait for this!) will they be performing surgery for free or will they be asking for 500 cats in order for surgery? Forgive me if i missed something i cant seem to find much about how they will work?

It s still not known, tho i would like to see when intuduced free, because the insersion of new stuff, and after some updates and the new implements be normal payed.
