hey I recruited 5 guys but now when i go to the bar to recruit more guys there is no one else to recruit is there somewhere else to recruit people or is there like a specific time people go to the bar please tell me thanks.

You need to look in other bars, or by what i seen some say, you can import your squad so that the recruits reset (a cheap trick xD), tho to me they did reaper in a bar after a while, not sure how much it took tho.

they will re-appear in the bar after a while. i think it has something to do with you loading and maybe x number of days passing.
i say this because all shops will refresh if you save and load,

it is ofcourse faster to just do as hbrown said and import your squad.
