Who's ready to open some shops and craft some armor? Hoping the good ol' cap has some surprises in store for us...

does anyone know a time frame in which he plans to upload the update? for example, Midnight tonight (eastern time) or is it just going to be whenever he has time. I only ask because i have class tomorrow night so unless its uploaded this evening i will be forced to wait impatiently. This is also assuming the post i saw in another thread stating the projected date would be the 2nd is correct.

It will be probably be released this week or if worst case scenario by the end of the month.

A question, did Chris set a specific date for the update?

I'm not getting my hopes up, but i am pretty excited to see if he manages to get anything else working aside from shops, and the art. I've been checking the forums everyday, i'm pretty excited about the new art! Even more excited for Female characters and armor crafting.

guys it IS july 2nd, Chris said it several time, twitter, and Steam forums.

But at which hour, I don't know, I'm impatient too ^^

super stoked about it, i cant wait for it etiher, and i just bought the game, HAHA! Brock Samosn, retired solider start, needs some new armor!

He said Tuesday, didn't specify any specific time. He hasn't posted any new information on Twitter, we've just got to wait until he releases the patch. He'll let us know when it is live. It's still Monday for a bit longer in Chris' timezone, and I don't imagine he has a midnight release planned.

Where is the thread for updates I haven't been able to find it

he posts messages on twitter under @lofigames. I bookmarked it, waiting for the next update, need to get my fix lol

Im on Desura... And it seems that there is no auto update from it... Changelog is still for the version 0.32.

Is the game already on.. Or gotta wait a bit more until i can auto update it.

It's live now. If you didn't see it 220 MB big. And very nice. Love it

New clothes are awesome and the character creation too (the upper stomach part seems a bit weirdo).

desura usually takes longer to make patches go live. i don't know how long, though

I have it too, the armour is sweet although are some shopkeepers missing in Brink? and can anyone use the plastic surgeon? even if he is pissed off his face and holding two scalpels I wanna get rid of the girly hair one of my guys got.

also did everyone get one chris doppleganger in their crew? I got one, I sent him back inside to the engineering table to keep working lol, joking, but seriously..joking..lol *whips

Just randomly found that and had to post, no need to even say more .

My only problem is that I can't find the surgeon for customizing character in this new, fancy way...
Checked five cities, nothin' in any building.

There has been a surgeon in every single bar that I've gone into. They are identifiable by their white coat. Also: they won't appear if you just loaded an old game, you'll have to import your squad and buildings to a new game.

This update is bad ass! I started a new game after kind of maxing out my last campaign. Everything looks great after the first 2-3 hours of getting a squad together. I got attacked by dust bandits and one of the bandits was the tallest man ever - hilarious. I love this game, great new additions, ready to start selling booze!

what was 0.44.1? did it fix some of the hair issues maybe? also wish we could craft our own armour now but still supper happy.
