The Rebuild Path Watchamacallit Thing?

I remember asking about a bug about my units "walking through buildings," due to the import squad and buildings bug. I also remember that visiting factions to my outpost always keep walking back and forth and that's pretty annoying. A user asked me how to temporary go through this and it is that "Path auto rebuilder" thing. The problem is, I forgot what the command is... Does anybody here remember this command?

Press Ctrl + Shift + F11
It will freeze the screen and mouse for a few seconds.
