Ok, i not sure if this is fut here or not, because i was not really taken it as a bug, but i guess might be wrong, had not seen before as far as i remember a post about this, so is it just me or when i reset squads into the new place, at the edge of the map, in the blue deep at the side, there is a trade center, and sometimes i do see bandits roaming around.
This seemed to repeat anytime i did it with any save, as i thought would be with just one, and i do not recall at all to see it before.
