How does one get this installed???
I am using Steam to run the game.
is there a upgrade patch i need to download..

I have tried that but i am not getting any other option in the drop down box other that:
"NONE - opt out of all beta programs"
And a Beta Access code box.

then that sounds like a steam client issue.
try restarting steam, or your computer. or both.
if that dont work, then contact steam support.
