Linux / Mac Version

is there a plan to publish a Linux/Mac version? I guess the initial release will be Windows-only.

Yeah, windows only I'm afraid. Although the engine is cross platform many of the plugins I'm using are not.

Ah darn. that is truly sad. I was looking forward to playing this, but no linux = no luck. :\

There are programs that allow you to run windows-only applications on non-windows systems though, like Wine. Of course, I haven't used these myself (always used windows) so I can't guarantee it will work, but it might be worth trying.
