Game Crash on loading new area

Game crashed on loading new area, in the mountains with 3 units. I believe it was loading a city

Did you by any chance quick-save or click your mouse when it started loading? This is known to cause issues.
System Specs:
Windows 7 x64 / Nvidia GeForce 470 / Intel i7 2600K / 8GB DDR3 1666

Exactly, when you click when your game is loading, it will just crash.
