Floating objects and objects pushed under terrain

Floating objects:

When: Anywhere
How: Usually happens for the most part with smaller armor sets. They appear to float above the ground at the height they might appear on the the player model. Not sure if this is really a bug or not, but it doesn't appear to look right.

Objects under terrain:

When: Anywhere. Especially more frequent on uneven terrain.
How: I will drop any object from my inventory (such as a sword) and then drop another item (armor) after that. More than enough times the sword will disappear underneath the terrain level making it very difficult to find.
