Characters getting stuck inside a building

Sometimes (after sleeping in a bed?) my characters get stuck inside a building. Looks like their pathfinding gets messed up somehow.

Savegame attached. Stuck character is Miller.

PS. A character is also stuck inside the mine. Forgot the name.

sometimes you can get another character to pick them up to get them unstuck. (right click on the portrait if you can't see the stuck character).

I get this too after sleeping in a bed - it seems the they're not being recognised as inside the building, because the roof comes back on when its just the stuck characters inside..
Picking them up/putting them down fixed it for me
