Traders inventory bug

This bug is twofold, first of all is that there are traders spawning with no trade goods, specifically the hat trader in brink.

Second is that any trader with no trade goods in their inventory will allow you to trade them and freely take all their inventory from them.

well atleast we know its possible to have a steal skill or even a disarm ability in the future

This bug appears to be for vendors that have 'shopkeeper's backpacks' as their bag type. The ones that now have the new 'shop counters' are working fine.

I've only looked around Brink so far, but found two shopkeepers (same building) that have this bug:
- Hat Trader
- Item Trader adv

UPDATE: The Hat Trader & Item Trader Adv vendors in Trader's edge have the same bug.

Seems to be due to a lack of shop counters in the affected stores. None of the hat/boot/trader shops I've visited have more than the one counter, and since the boot trader is set up as the first merchant of the group it's always his shop that claims that counter and the other two are broken. I guess since no shop counters are present for the merchants to use, it bugs out?

I also notice a glitch with the weapon shop in Brink. If you ask him via dialog, it will open up a counter somewhere with the weapons available. But if you right click the counter that is there, it's empty and not linked to his shop. The one in Port South works fine, so I guess it's specific to the Brink one.

i think its worth mentioning this bug means all hat/medkit/backpack stores are inaccessable due to this, theres no way to get a lot of the stuff they sell now.
