Construction Set Error

Whenever I try to open up a custom mod (based off of the tutorial about how to create NPCs and put them into the game), I get an error saying, "Unhandled exception has occurred in your application... blah blah blah... An entry with the same key already exists." Anyone know what it means?

As a fellow programmer it means there's a uniqueness issue. Either your NPC's name or his ID number already exist. Either that or something else you made just copies an ID, like maybe the squad or faction ID
