Request for Updated Changelog

I would like to request the location of an updated changelog to include version 0.40.5.

If there is no changelog for this, I would like to request that a changelog be provided so that we can see the intended changes in the game and make annotations about said changes. This would greatly assist the users testing abilities so that we can start from somewhere, and test added features or corrected bugs.

I found this site: http://kenshi.wikia.com/wiki/Changelog but it is not up to date with the latest changes.

I assume that I am probably overlooking it somewhere on this site or someplace else.
