Seemingly random crash

I was just running normally over a mountain when I got a crash that appeared to be causeless. Here is the crash report.

As well as that, I've noticed that when I sell the various items I pick up to vendors and start to run out of room that when I accidentally try to place a weapon in a spot that is taken by maybe 2 or 3 other weapons that I get a non-standard freeze-crash which doesn't generate a crash report.
EDIT: It's when I try place an item in the seller's inventory when the other one hasn't been placed.
