No output weapon smithing

Hi i am a newcomer and playing v0.42 it seems weapon smithings output has a bug i put ore and fabrics to the smithing table 2 and when the production comes %100 there is no output and continues to next weapon on the list than again no output, i tried it with only smithing table 2 dont know if other tables are buggy too, thanks for this beatiful game by the way

yeah man im having the same problem, but I ended up having another member of my clan loot the smithing bench before the weapon was made and waited for the weapon to reach 100%. than just moved the sword over from the output to the members inventory. do 1 weapon at a time it takes ages to do that but its do-able. I thought it was just mine but I thinks its a bug. hope that helps
