0.59.1 "Kenshi has crashed"

I was outside of the town for Clownsteady fighting some bandits, along with the town folk, when the crash pop up was presented.

Leading up to this behavior ... ~ 5 minutes before.

- I completed a QuickSave and then Reloaded this QuickSave, because the city had no guards at the gate and the town appeared to be empty...I thought reloading might bring them back so I could bait the bandits.

- I also adjusted the population setting to 1.27...again I thought this may make an instant difference and return the city guards. It did not.

I only have about 13 hours into Kenshi, this is the first crash that I have had. I very much like the direction this game is being developed. Thanks.
