I'm unsure if issue has been addressed already but some regions of the map produce the most alarming player navigation glitches. Some are benign and annoying, others are breaking and requiring a reload to reacquire characters lost to the glitch.
I have not been around the whole map, but the gates of Catan appear to permit my squad to pass 'over' the wall at the edge of the gate and thereupon are unable to come back down, effectively stranding them.
Otherwise, the 'new' location Mercenary Outpost immediately east of this location has three buildings, but only one of which is accessible due to pathing errors around the walls and building.
Realize this is probably not an immediate issue given that other players are experiencing gamebreaking crashes, but just thought I'd throw this up there.

if you have pictures of said issues that would be great.
and have your map up so we can see it.
Also are these repeatable reliably?
if you start a new game does it do it then as well?
Does using Ctrl + Shift + F11 fix it?
Importing to new game?
No bug report is to minor

This seems to be the most relevant topic for this.
I've noticed while running across the landscape that my characters will not path around a rock, but they will run straight through it.
Upon colliding with the rock, one would expect the character to stop, but instead s/he continues forward, appears approximately the height of a Large House whilst "colliding" with said rock, and returns to ground level when no longer in the same space as the rock.
This also happens with trees and other objects, it might be similar to the gate of Catan bug you encountered.

"Mercenary Outpost immediately east of this location has three buildings, but only one of which is accessible due to pathing errors around the walls and building."
I attached a screenshot of this concern. The base is fairly small so the 2 buildings are to close together and there is no room near the wall (for the building on the right) to go around. Guards appear to be just standing inline on the ledge of the building.
I tried Ctrl + Shift + F11 and it seemed to have put my guy on the building and I could run around them but I could not interact with the buildings, or go inside them. Then my single guy got stuck on that side and could not get out.
I will try the other suggestions and let you know what the results are.
