They say the same thing. Especially when it's not your prisoner.

But you can't blame em since this is early alpha, right?

Heh, I didn't have these options when talking to them.
I had two "..." and "Stab him in the face!"
Also I don't think it should be an option to do so... but I did it to test it...
Since you can continue to talk to them as if they are outside your walls and threatening you
I ran through the dialog again a few times... You lose/gain rep with them, depending on your responses, each time... not much but it could be farmed/exploited.

The only Dust Bandit Boss I've encountered in an Assault never gave those options, but then again I just told him to get stuffed.
