I previous posted about a stat bug - on one of the screenshots posted there, you can see a character with circa -2 billion health on limbs or body parts.
This still happens occasionally. I currently have one character with this, in a new game with imported squad+tech. For some reason he acts as if he isn't hurt though.

Edit: Could it be some NPC(s) who still got abnormal stats?

I haven't encountered any abnormal stats so far, but referencing some solutions I've seen to issues regarding other stats randomly becoming large negative values:

Exit Kenshi
Navigate to your Kenshi install location
Make a backup of the Kenshi folder
Delete the Kenshi/data/ folder
Re-validate game files using Steam

If this doesn't work for you, then it is likely you, or someone with modding knowledge, will have to manually modify the issue back to within normal parameters.
If this is your only option, use Dropbox/Google Drive to link a .zip of your save folder here and hopefully someone will happen along to fix this for you.

Cheers! :D

This happens during fights. Editing the stats back to normal would be a temporary fix, and not help in fixing the bug, which is the point, right?

Edit: The other abnormal stats I experienced in 0.64.2 was fixed.

The bugs with negative stat numbers should have been fixed in recent updates (check the change log.txt in your Kenshi folder for which specific update, most recent is at the bottom), so manually editing these values would only be a temporary fix, but it will also provide us more info regarding this issue if its still occurring or if your char and/or save just didn't catch all the updates properly.
