[70.6] Weird shop interaction + ground loot freeze

Sorry, this is going to be a shitty bug report. Happened once, locked up, unable to reproduce.

I went to a "Police HQ" settlement that had a single trade building. There were no people, but had several shopkeeper counters, weapon racks, and the like. I was able to bring up the object's inventories by left clicking them. While having them open this way, I was able to drop the items they contained on the ground.

Additionally, most likely a separate issue, when looting things from the ground, if an object does not fit in the inventory it simply locks up the game.
