[v0.69.2] Wall placement Crash

Upon placing walls the game crashes, I have tried with Makeshift and Defensive V. I am able to place all types of gates but not their walls.

To reproduce it simply try to place any type of wall (Only tested personally with makeshift and defensive v.). It happens every time I attempt to place a wall.

Also I can not make the entire wall box in one shot because at around the 2nd/3rd section of wall it claims that it needs to be built indoors.

The ground is very level and the walls show up green which tells me that it should be fine to build upon. I have built many structures in the area.

I did not happen to find a topic with my specific problem so I decided to make my own topic.
I bought this game through steam if that pertains to any aspect of my problem.

Made a forum account exclusively for this bug because my guards can't keep up with all the raids and it has become bothersome having to stop my workers so that they can heal.

i managed to get around this bug by:
not having REALLY long wall sections, having then may be 2 long b4 you left click.
when the "must be place in a building" Message appears, i hit the Right mouse Button and then Confirm the current build and then start another one from where is left off.

Though Be warned, this may cause your wall sections not to be connected..

I have a different problem. bandits just seem to run through my walls. They are the old concrete walls. I cant dismantle them to replace them as that causes a game crash. Any suggestions?
