Cannot import, cant remove old concrete walls.

I have an old save file that while it loads fine in the current and experimental version, I cannot import that save to start a new base.

I wanted to try starting a new base because the old one is surrounded by 2 layers of the concrete walls from then walls were first introduced. I cannot dismantle them because the game immediately crashes. I have tried dismantling 1 segment at a time and several segments and the game still crashes. This creates no crashdump.
