Not really a bug exactly, sort of a suggestion.
Please consider putting a FPS cap on splash screens and the main menu so it doesn't run at ultra high frame rates. I've seen a lot of posts over the years of people having issues in gaming situations where 1000+ FPS can occur. Be it overheating, energy waste, and something I've experienced myself on my old GTX 660, coil whine. Something that makes the video card emit a high pitched whine if your ears are good enough to pick it up.
I know there is a VSYNC option, but that isn't always a good option for everyone, especially if your system doesn't handle the game easily.
0.90.0 - Consider putting a FPS cap on Menu/Splash screens
Coil whine @ >3000 fps master race.. oh ugh
Just a tip in general, not only for Kenshi. You can use Nvidia Inspector to cap your fps if the game itself doesn't support it. Great tool!
But yeah.. a FPS limiter would be cool, I guess.

I got it as low at 600-800 on that GTX 660.Butta wrote:Coil whine @ >3000 fps master race.. oh ugh

But eh, a simple safety measure so I figure why not?
