[0.9.15] Fabrim Loom (hemp) missing from build list

I researched cotton farming, then Fabrics, and some time later I researched hemp farming. I do not have the option to build a fabric Loom for hemp, it is simply missing from all the categories. Either that, or it requires a separate research that I do not know about?

I built my town in an arid environment so cotton is a 10% yield.... I really need that hemp Lom T_T
